This is Dept 56 #6005423, Martha's Vineyard Village "Mending the Sails", BRAND NEW. Ocean going sailing vessels took a beating when out on the high seas. After a windy day on the water, an elder sailor shows a younger lad how to check for areas of the sails and lines in need of repair. Crafted with real cloth and ropes. This piece coordinates with the Edgartown Boat Builder, Martha's Vineyard series. The New England Village Mending the Sails measures 2" x 1.4" x 2.5", is BRAND NEW in it's original box and has only been removed for inspection.
